Canada and 11 European partners issued a two-state solution joint statement confirming plans to restrict trade in goods with illegal Israeli settlements.
The EU-Canada trade and security pact is expected to be unveiled Sept. 16 in Strasbourg, with Prime Minister Mark Carney addressing EU lawmakers the next day.
