Corrections Policy
Brand Magazine aims to be accurate. When we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently.
How to report an error
Email info@brandmagazine.ca with the article link, the statement you believe is wrong, and any source that supports the correction. We review every request.
How we correct
- Factual errors (names, numbers, dates, quotes, attributions) are corrected in the article, with a note at the end stating what was changed and when.
- Minor fixes such as spelling or formatting that do not change meaning may be made without a note.
- Serious errors that undermine a story may lead to a substantial update or, in rare cases, removal of the article with an explanation.
- Updates that add new information to a developing story are marked with an updated date.
What we do not change
We do not remove or alter accurate reporting because a subject dislikes it. Requests to remove content are reviewed against our Editorial Standards.
AI-assisted reports
Corrections apply equally to stories published under the Brand Magazine Newsroom byline. See our AI Use Policy.
