The Working Well Podcast hits its 100th episode this September, and host Tim Borys is marking the milestone the way the show has always worked best in a room, in front of an audience, with people who have to live with the consequences of their decisions.
Working Well LIVE 100: AI, Leadership & the Future of Work takes place Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at Plug and Play Tech Centre Calgary. Four Calgary CEOs join Borys on stage for a live recording built around a single question: what is rapid technological change actually doing to people, performance and business?
The panel brings together leaders from four very different industries:
- Gursh Bal – Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer, Zeno Renewables
- Hoda Soboh – CEO & Co-Founder, Effica Health
- Danijel Sliško – CEO, Cerco Design
- Shashi Behl – Founder & CEO, Joydrop
Expect a practical conversation rather than a forecast. The panel will dig into where AI is creating real value and where it is overhyped, how leadership has to evolve when the ground keeps shifting, and how organizations capture the upside of new technology without losing sight of the humans doing the work. Audience Q&A is built into the format, and the room is deliberately small, a live audience of Calgary business leaders, with time to talk before and after.
